16.17 has been IN PLAY since the February 17 Bear Flag breakdown. The first target of 19.28 got MADE very quickly, then Morgan rallied to the DOUBLE failure at the 22.93 gap which was exact to the penny, then the failure at the bottom of the Bear Flag the next day.

The Bear Flag target of 16.17 got MADE at 3:47PM this afternoon.
